The short version: we collect the minimum needed to answer your quote request and run this site, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. The full version follows.
Who we are
21 Hours Website ("we", "us", "our") is a web studio operated by Julian Cabezas Triana. We design, build, and launch professional websites in 21 working hours. This policy explains what information we collect on 21hourswebsite.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
For anything related to your data, write to contacto@juliancabezast.com. We answer.
Information we collect
We keep it minimal. We collect two kinds of information:
- Information you give us. When you request a quote through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your project description. That is all the form asks for.
- Technical information. We use first-party, privacy-friendly analytics provided by Vercel to understand aggregate traffic — page views, referrers, country, device type. This works without tracking cookies and without fingerprinting. It does not follow you across other websites.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not run a newsletter.
How we use your information
We use the information above for three purposes:
- To respond to your quote request and discuss your project.
- To deliver the service if you hire us — planning, building, and launching your website.
- To understand how our site performs and improve it, using aggregate analytics only.
That is the full list. Nothing else.
Legal bases (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on two legal bases:
- Consent. When you submit the contact form, you choose to send us your details so we can reply. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete your data.
- Legitimate interest. Operating a secure, working website and measuring aggregate traffic to keep improving it.
Service providers
Two companies process data on our behalf, strictly to run this site:
- Resend Inc. delivers the emails generated by our contact form — your inquiry to us and our confirmation to you.
- Vercel Inc. hosts this website and provides the privacy-friendly analytics described above.
Both act as data processors under our instructions. They do not use your data for their own purposes.
Data retention
We keep inquiry data for as long as our business relationship lasts, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. If you send us a quote request and we never work together, you can ask us to erase it at any time and we will.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We never have. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), this means no "sale" or "sharing" of personal information takes place on this site.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectify inaccurate data.
- Erase your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restrict how we process it.
- Receive a portable copy of it.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
Under the CCPA, California residents have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect and why.
- Request deletion of their personal information.
- Opt out of any sale of personal information (we sell none).
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email contacto@juliancabezast.com. We respond to every request, and verification is simple: we reply to the email address we have on file.
International transfers
Our hosting and email providers operate in the United States, so your data is processed there. Both providers apply recognized safeguards for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Security
We protect your data with measures that include:
- TLS encryption on every connection to this site.
- Modern security headers on all responses.
- Restricted access — only the people who need your inquiry to answer it can read it.
No system is perfectly secure, but we keep the amount of data we hold small, which keeps the risk small too.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our portfolio links to websites we built for clients. Those sites belong to their owners and have their own privacy practices, which we do not control and are not responsible for. Check their policies before submitting information there.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect. We will not quietly expand what we collect.
