These terms exist so we both know exactly what to expect: what we deliver, when, what it costs, and who owns what. Written to be read, not skimmed past.
Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of 21hourswebsite.comand every project you hire 21 Hours Website ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Julian Cabezas Triana, to deliver. By requesting a quote or accepting one, you agree to these terms. If something here does not work for your project, tell us before we start — specific written agreements between us take precedence over this page.
The service
We design, develop, and launch websites, quoted per project. Our promise is simple: your website goes live in 21 working hours, structured as three blocks of 7 hours.
- Hours 0–7 — Setup. A focused brief (this is where your hour of involvement lives), site structure, copywriting, and the design direction you approve before we build.
- Hours 7–14 — Build. Design and development of the approved direction in one continuous block.
- Hours 14–21 — Launch. Your review, our fixes, final polish, testing, and go-live on your domain.
Each block ends with an approval checkpoint. You review, you approve, the next block starts. The clock counts working hours — hours we spend working on your project — not calendar time, and it starts at the beginning of the brief session that opens Hours 0–7.
Quotes and payment
We do not publish prices because no two projects are the same. Every project starts with a written quote sent by email.
- A quote is valid for 14 days from the date we send it.
- The quoted price is the final price. It only changes if we both agree to a change of scope, in writing.
- Payment terms — amount, schedule, and method — are stated in your quote.
Client responsibilities
A 21-hour delivery works because both sides do their part. You agree to:
- Provide an accurate, truthful brief. The quote and the timeline are built on it.
- Review and approve each checkpoint promptly. The process depends on your sign-off between blocks.
- Only give us content — text, images, logos, media — that you have the rights to use. You are responsible for the content you provide.
Revisions
Each block includes one structured revision round at its checkpoint: you collect your feedback, we apply it, the block closes. Requests that go beyond the approved brief — new pages, new features, a change of direction — are a change of scope. We will quote them separately and adjust the timeline accordingly. We will always tell you before anything becomes billable.
Intellectual property
Ownership is clean and simple:
- You own your website.Once the project is paid in full, the delivered site is yours — the design, the site's code, and its content.
- We keep our tools. Our methodology, know-how, and generic components and libraries we use across projects remain ours. They are what let us deliver in 21 hours.
- Portfolio. We may show the finished work in our portfolio and marketing. If you prefer we do not, tell us in writing and we will keep it private.
Timeline and delays
Our "100% on time" record refers to our working hours: we deliver each block within its 7 hours, every time. The clock pauses while we wait for you — checkpoint approvals, missing content, or pending decisions. Waiting time is not working time, and it does not count against the 21 hours. As soon as you respond, the clock resumes where it stopped.
Hosting and domain
Your hosting account and your domain are registered in your name, not ours. You own the accounts and the credentials. We assist with setup and configuration so everything is live and working at launch, but you are never locked in to us to keep your site running.
Warranties and disclaimers
We deliver a functional, tested website that works as agreed in the brief at the time of launch.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes — sales, leads, conversions — or specific positions in search engine results. Those depend on factors beyond a website: your market, your offer, your content over time. A good website helps; it does not decide alone. Except as stated in these terms, the service is provided without other warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a project or from these terms is capped at the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Support
Every project includes a post-launch support window to fix anything that is not working as delivered; its length is stated in your quote. After that window, ongoing maintenance is available as an optional service, quoted separately. Bugs in what we delivered are on us; changes and new features are new work.
Termination
Either side can end a project by written notice if the other side materially breaks these terms and does not fix it within a reasonable period. If a project ends early, you pay for the blocks completed and approved up to that point, and you receive the work those payments cover. Sections on intellectual property, liability, and governing law survive termination.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve directly — and we will always try that first — will be handled in the courts of Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Updates appear on this page with a revised date at the top. Projects already in progress stay under the terms that were in force when you accepted your quote.
